ICS is short for Instant Cash Sweepstakes. Now, I know it sounds
like one of those scam sites due to the Sweepstakes in the name, but it
is completely on the up and up. It is actually a survey site where I've
been a member for almost 2 years now, but the site has been around for 4
years. You can create your own surveys if you want to, or you can just
take the surveys others have created. The surveys are only 3 questions
each and at the end of it, you see how much you've won for completing
that survey. Here is an example image of a survey. (Note: You can click on any image to enlarge it)
As you can see, they are more like polls. So from here on out, I will refer to them as polls. It only takes 5 minutes or less per session. A session ends when you see this message appear on your screen:
It also
shows when you are able to come back and play
again. Here it says I can come back in 2 hours and 59 minutes. You can also check the box to have the site email you when you can play again.
Every time you play, you earn
tickets,
coins,
cents or a combination of those.
You can "play" by answering polls every 3 hours. The more you play,
the more tickets are entered, which means the better odds you have to
win the $50 lottery for the day. I won the daily $50 lottery after
playing for 3 weeks and I only had just over 13,000 tickets. See images below:

So, just
because you may have entered 200,000 tickets does not mean you will win,
but it does give you better odds. The more you play, the better your
odds are as their "system" rewards those who play loyally, day in and
day out. That is really all there is to it. If you want to read the nitty gritty in-depth review, please continue.
Tickets accumulate
for each day's $50 lottery. The more you play, the more tickets you have
for that day's lottery. Also, you will notice that when you initially
start to play, you may win a few tickets or 100 tickets, but you will
quickly notice that the more often you play each day, the higher amount
of tickets you will win. You will soon be winning in the hundreds or more tickets
almost each time you play. If you stop playing for a few days, you will
start back at the lower ticket winnings again and have to work your way
back up. The site is loyal to those who play regularly. Your tickets you've won that day will all be entered in
the $50 daily lottery. So, the minute the $50 lottery is over, you will
go back to a 0 ticket balance and start over for the next day's drawing.
Coins
are used to play the $2 lottery if you want to.
Every 4 hours there
is a $2 lottery you could win by entering your coins. You can also save
up your coins and turn them into tickets for the $50 daily lottery. I
save up my coins til I decide I want to turn them into tickets. Each
coin is worth 5 tickets. You can enter as little or as many as you
like. Coins continue to accumulate in your account just like your cash
balance does.
Cents
refers to actual
cash that accumulates in your account until you cash out. You can cash
out once you've
reached $2. Yes, you read correctly! You can cash out once you reach $2.
No waiting til you get to $25 or so, just $2. It does take a bit to get
there, as you are earning only a few cents each session, but hey, it's
money that
is super easy to make and only takes a few minutes of your time each
day. The most it will let you accumulate in your account is $100. Once you've reached
$100 you MUST cash out. You have 30 days to cash it out or it is forfeited and your balance returns to zero. I usually cash out once I reach $2-$5.

You also must log in to the site at least once in 30 days or your balance will be forfeited and reset to zero. My mom has found this out the hard way, TWICE! She literally just threw money away. The last time she let that happen she only needed 3 cents to cash out! So, check in folks at least once a month or your cash will go bye bye too.***
ARE THERE TIPS OR TRICKS TO WIN the $50 Daily Lottery?
This is what they say in their FAQ section about winning the daily lottery: "
.....algorithm constantly being tweaked that is based on random
chances along with an effort to maintain fairness. In general, your odds
of winning are directly related to the number of lottery tickets you hold
at the moment of the drawing relative to the total number of tickets
entered in the drawing.".
REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN:
18 years of age or older and be a resident of the USA.
Must have a PayPal account in order to receive payment
NOTE:
*More than 1 person per household is allowed.
*Each account MUST have their own email address.
*Each person MUST have their own PayPal account.
*Each
email address will be attached to the same email address you use for
PayPal payments. So, you MUST use the same email address as you do for
your PayPal account when joining. However, keep in mind that
they DO watch IP addresses and if they deem that an individual is
creating multiple fake accounts, those accounts will be closed and all
winnings will be forfeited.
In my house, both of my parents and I all
have accounts and have never had an issue. If you have any issues
their Customer Service department is fantastic at responding to emails.
They also respond to their twitter and fb accounts also. So, please
contact them with any questions or concerns you may have. I've been a
member for almost 2 years now and during this time, I've found them to
always be very professional, courteous and helpful.
One thing I
do like is that they don't care WHO you are. They don't need your real
name, they just ask for a first name and an initial and a birthdate. So,
you can put a user name and an initial when creating your account. I
use MyIncomeHelper and A. You can also change your name if you want to
without any problem. Just go into your account info and change it. No
hassle at all. The only thing they ask is that your demographic info be
real.
The $50 lottery is held at 7pm Central Time
currently. They do not always change the time when Daylight Savings Time
changes. You can see when the next drawing will be based on the
countdown clock that is at the top left corner of their page. Directly
to the right of the countdown clock, you will also see a bar. They call
that the "heatmeter".
The further it is in the red, means the more
tickets have been entered compared to recent days at the time of day you check it. It will vary a little throughout the day. This can help you determine
whether you want to chance converting your coins to tickets on any given
day. The closer it is to the time of the drawing, the more red will be
shown and can give you a better idea of what you want to do. Keep saving
up your coins or convert them to tickets for that day's drawing.
Remember though, your tickets RESET to ZERO the moment the lottery is
drawn for that day. So, at 7:01pm CST you can go ahead and start
accumulating tickets for the next day's drawing if you are able to
according to the countdown timer for your next availability to play. If
you played just before the drawing, you will have to wait 3 hours to
play again.
TRUST SCORE LEVEL:
There are 10 levels in the Trust Score. The higher the level, the more surveys it allows you to take per session. As you can see in the image above, I am on Level 10. In the image below it breaks down each of the trust score levels so you can see the advantage to playing on a regular basis so you can increase your trust score level.
The number of tickets, coins or cents you win is completely random, but the more you play, the higher number of tickets and coins you will win. Cents still seem to be completely random no matter how often you play. You will not win cents every poll, but you will win tickets and coins. The image below shows I won 1620 tickets and 252 coins.
This next image shows how they came to those winnings for that particular poll. You can find this information every time you win by clicking on the (show me the math) words beside your wins. You can see that also in the image above next to 252 coins.
So, according to the image above, I actually won 35 tickets and 6 coins. BUT because of my Trust Score Level, it added an additional 100 tickets and 15 coins. Then it multiplied those numbers by all the multipliers I won earlier that day and for this poll. It really does pay to get that Trust Score Level up!
Are there more ways to earn additional tickets?
Yes, there is! Every session, so every 3 hours, you are allowed to create your own poll. Every time you create your own poll, you instantly earn 100 tickets! :) Super easy to do!
You can also win $100 for having the best poll of the month! I am not sure how that poll is chosen though. I am presently trying to find out. When I find out, I will post it here. *UPDATE: I was told that the staff chooses it themselves. :)
Another feature I like is the map. Every time someone wins cash or cents, it shows on their map. So, when you win, cause you will win something, click on the "map" tab at the bottom of every page and it will take you to the map. Sometimes it takes 30 seconds or so to show up, but it will show up. Here's an image I took today when I won .02.
You can also see last night's winner where it shows $50. You can also see what others are winning and some that are cashing out.
REFERRALS:
Another great feature of this site is their referral system. Whenever one of your referrals win, you also win the matching prize in tickets, coins and cents up to $2. Here's what their site says about matching coin wins:
"On days where you answer at least 5 surveys, you also receive a 100%
match for the coins your invited friends earn that same day. On days
where you answer at least 10 surveys, you also receive a 100% match for
the coins your invited friends' friends earn that same day."
CASHING OUT:
Cashing out is super easy to do. Make sure your email address in your profile is the same email address you use for PayPal. Once you cash out, it will take approximately 72 hours to receive payment. Most it has ever taken me was less than 24 hours. I have received payment in as little as 10 minutes to 3 hours most of the time. Give them 72 hours before contacting them about payment if you don't receive it the first day.
The site is a lot of fun and easy to do. Pennies grow up to become dollars. Think of this site as picking up pennies on the ground and letting them add up to become dollars you can spend.
